    I am a player at Club World Casino. My screen name there is CurtisCandy.

    After many good experiences with cashouts, over the past few days I have a cashout request that has been given a major run-around. I can't post all the details here, as I tried, but this method only allows 1000 characters. I don't want to post yet in a general forum, as I don't want to hurt the casino's reputation.

    The withdrawal in question is for $775 and was put in last Thursday night. It has still not been initiated, with some very questionable reasons why.

    Could you please look into this for me?

    Hi, I am very upset with Club Uk as I joined on 27 Aug, made a deposit of 500 pound so that i coud get the 100% bonus. I completed the wagering required and won 4023 pound. I cashed out and sent all the documentation to them and received emails from Michael, saying the documentation was approved and wait 48 hours for the winnings. It never arrived. So I called them, then they tell me that they are trying to help me by not giving me the winnings so that I do not develop a gambling problem (which I thought is very rude) and they went on to say because I was so young. Then they said that students cannot play (which is also rude) as I work full time at Top Shop. Then they demanded pay slips. So I went to all the trouble of sending my payslips along with work ID badge and they now want more payslips. This is just an excuse not to pay me. I would appreciate you getting back to me as I cannot let this matter go as I feel that this casino has stolen from me. Regards, Isabel Brooks

    THIS CASINO IS ABOUT THE WORST I'VE SEEN. WITHOUT A WARNING, THE "WELCOME BONUS" IS 50X PLAYTHROUGH WITH I'D BE WILLING TO BET AS BAD OR WORSE THAN ANY AS FAR AS CASHOUT GOES. THUMBS DOWN FOR THESE NO WARNING COME ONS.
