A loyal customer since October 2008, depositing thousands. First problem I've had, but after FIVE emails...no response. I can't believe this over an amount as small as $25.00. But, it's the principle...and I won't gamble at your sites until resolved.

Today I made 4 deposits @ $25.00 each, with my prepaid Visa debit card, ending in 0838.

First, at 4:09PM, $24.99, posted to casino account for $25.00.

Second, at 4:57PM, $24.94, posted to casino account for $25.00.

Third, at 6:29PM, $24.93, posted to casino account for $25.00.

Fourth, at 7:00PM, timed out on your system, but charged to my card for $24.95. It did not post to my casino account.

All transactions were processed by www.bdsrvs.com.
(A screen print is attached to the email.)

Please contact BDSRVS to confirm the transaction, and post it to my casino account. Otherwise, instruct them to credit my card for the $24.95 they charged me.

THIS CASINO IS ABOUT THE WORST I'VE SEEN. WITHOUT A WARNING, THE "WELCOME BONUS" IS 50X PLAYTHROUGH WITH I'D BE WILLING TO BET AS BAD OR WORSE THAN ANY AS FAR AS CASHOUT GOES. THUMBS DOWN FOR THESE NO WARNING COME ONS.

Please note my complain thread. Your answer will be appreciated.

Recently I applied for a withdrawal of $250 from the casino bank. At this time I had $300 in my account.
I said I wanted to have a check/bankdraft made & sent to my address per the info printed both in the online casino bank, and on your website. $100 minimum. Support told me this option was not availabe to me and the only means of processing a withdrawal was via ewalletexpress or Use my Wallet. If my cashout was at least $350 I may be able to use ACH. I have already submitted my verification forms. But regardless of the written info in both the bank & the website that was the way it was. She was not unpleasant and very polite. Doing her job.
Is this still the regulation or will I be able to cashout in the future via the written info you supply.

Would like my $100 put back into my eWallet acct......... Very disappointed with your site.
