Hi, I am very upset with Club Uk as I joined on 27 Aug, made a deposit of 500 pound so that i coud get the 100% bonus. I completed the wagering required and won 4023 pound. I cashed out and sent all the documentation to them and received emails from Michael, saying the documentation was approved and wait 48 hours for the winnings. It never arrived. So I called them, then they tell me that they are trying to help me by not giving me the winnings so that I do not develop a gambling problem (which I thought is very rude) and they went on to say because I was so young. Then they said that students cannot play (which is also rude) as I work full time at Top Shop. Then they demanded pay slips. So I went to all the trouble of sending my payslips along with work ID badge and they now want more payslips. This is just an excuse not to pay me. I would appreciate you getting back to me as I cannot let this matter go as I feel that this casino has stolen from me. Regards, Isabel Brooks
