Hello Chris:

I learned that you represent the iGlobalMedia group including the 50 Stars Casino. Please have a look at my recent FORUM post under "Non-bonus related complaints". My withdrawal request - after meeting the wagering requirements - was made more than a week ago and it's still pening, while the company is non-responsive to my follow-up requests. Would you mind looking into this problem for me? I'd gladly post a retraction, if it can be resolved satisfactory within a reasonable timeframe.
