I agree that contacting myself speeded things up a little the rest of the threats helped less but you’re welcome anyway. I apologies for any inconvenience or delay that you had.
I trust you to make your own decisions about how or whether to gamble your own money with us or elsewher. In our favor I can say that you have a place to turen too if you feel mistreated and we already have your documents so you want need to provid it again.

Hi Chris, today I saw that my withdrawal is "approved". At least it appears so in the Transaction History. I think it was because I wrote having contacted with Casinomeister/you, my own lawyer and said that I will write in all forums about Casino King, not willing to pay wins. Hope, that money will be on bank soon. Anyway - will never play on Casino King again. Because, if they pay, it is because of you and Casinomeister. If, finally, they do not pay, I will contact you again. Thanks for now, Franz

Hi Chris, have a great problem with the withdrawal of my gained money in Casino King. Have sent them - already 3 times - of required documents, but they still say not having received it, although the account manager confirmed me having received all info. Have copied and saved all conversation. Today received another e-mail, where they say not have received nothing. What else can I do? Thanks and regards, Franzi
