    Hi Charlie I've had a withdrawal at vanguard since March 9th, I spoke with support yesterday because I haven't received the email for my verification documents, I ask support if they could send them. Support said that it didn't show that my account needed them so they didn't send them. Its been 10 days since my withdrawal and the website says 2-5 business days to process. Can you help me out and figure out why its taking so long. Its beginning to be a trust issue with rival casinos which I love to play at. username is tking123 at vanguard casino. Thanks Charlie.

    charlie, i got thru on phone support. was disappointed to hear him say paperwork was in, and it will now take another 48 hours.......2 more days. to move this from processing to quick tend. yesterday you speculated it would be in today, then today you had the feeling it would be moved tonight, and now the main person there says another 2 days. heck, by the time it hits qt, i am looking at late next week for it to hit my bank account. this cannot go past tomorrow. vanguard does not do weekends, which means i could be waiting until monday?? this could mean 14 days after my wd submission i actually get. box 24 tonight told me they push hard to get wd not in the 2-5 day period, but 24-48 hours, as they feel thier customers are what keeps them alive. Ah, respect. i am still holding out for tonight; please step in and help accelerate this process for me. all my faith lies in you really charlie. i did ask for them to forward to me all of their supposed replies to emails since the16th.

    Hi Charlie! My withdrawl from Vanguard keeps getting held up. No response to many emails, then request for paperwork which I sent. Chat tells me paperwork is in order then today says they dont know. This is my first exper. with vanguard, but it seems customer service and prompt payouts may be an issue. Certainly they should have told me they needed paperwork within 3 days of my WD request. Not the way a new player wants to be treated. username: angiehoops33
