Hi tking123, your cashout is at final stage, should have gone through on Friday. Far as I can tell no documents are required. However as this is your first withdrawal there is an extra delay involved. I'm pretty sure you'll get it Monday. Pls PM me if not and I'll look into it further, have a good wknd! Charlie

Hi Charlie I've had a withdrawal at vanguard since March 9th, I spoke with support yesterday because I haven't received the email for my verification documents, I ask support if they could send them. Support said that it didn't show that my account needed them so they didn't send them. Its been 10 days since my withdrawal and the website says 2-5 business days to process. Can you help me out and figure out why its taking so long. Its beginning to be a trust issue with rival casinos which I love to play at. username is tking123 at vanguard casino. Thanks Charlie.
