Thank you for your message.
No affiliation with Club World. I simply posted in that thread to share my experience with service levels in the industry.
As you know well, some of the bigger operators offer phone, email and live chat support. Some of the smaller outfits are email only. I think for smaller operators a 24 hr response time is acceptable. Your thoughts?
Another reason for my reply is that I play online myself. I like to bet on college FB games so have first hand experience with service levels on both sides of the player/operator relationship, having played at thegreek.com and cris.com.
How are things going with your site(s)?
I see your fav drink is crown & coke. You a Canadian too? :-)
