Hi

Was playing at Quattro casino, using my own money not bonus, won $300, filled out the withdrawl request on the 19th nov. Was told completed on the 24th nov would have to wait 6 days to transfer funds back to credit card. 4th Dec no funds still. Contacted live support, they say yeah its gone from our end, tell me to go to bank and confirm no money has come thru bank. Done that on the 4th dec. Still no money or even an email saying what's going on.

Need some help here from either a casino rep or even just some info, or someone to help sort this out, this is not the best start.

My account number at Casino Share is tcsr00623991. I made a withdrawal on July 10th; it was processed on July 13th and was scheduled to clear my bank by August 10th. Under the "my account" section of the casino, it was listed as "processed". It was for $450. As of August 11th, today, it has not cleared my bank and it is now "missing" from the my account section. What happened to it?

Hello again!!! I had a birthday on July 31st and contacted live chat about a birthday bonus. I have made a lot of deposits with Casino Share and all I got was 1000 loyalty points which is $8. I was insulted to say the least!!!
I think you may want to revisit your policy on birhtday bonus's!!!

Hello, I made a withdrawal on April 27th, 2009, had it flushed. I have called and used live chat. They tell me that everything is approved but that it will take up to 21 days to get the money to my bank account. Why so long? My account # is tcsr01329205.

please for goodness sake respond to my questions......my withdrawal was done on sunday april 5th after many phone calls getting the run around 1 guy says np call back in 24 hours.... and again another guy 24hr later tcsr01565558 i have tried emaiing no one responds..........

Hello my fiance May Britt Valdersnes got a promotion from Casino Share about FREE 2008 and she got 100 dollar after deposited 50. She done so and played true the bonus wagering. After this she was so lucky to win 750 $ and she widrawal it into her bank account. After this she got a mail from Casino Share that she had to send them her documents and Id. They did not axept credit card as an Id identification and told her to send a clear copy of her passport. They have not send any feedback regarding her mails to the casino . She did so now they are eccuse her for false the pass picture in the passport. I have living with her for several years and know how she look like. The Norwegian police have taken this photo of her. If you need some more information regarding this matter please feel free to contact me.
