    one other thing dion my husband called in because i am deaf and was told jeff had left the building but when he persisted after the boy attempting to put him on hold he was heard to say to jeff do you wish to talk with him or not and loand behold jeff appeared i am not being picky but i feel that was poor when the same guy who cut me off livechat 2 nights ago knowing i could not phone in can behave in this manner

    i am trying my best to stay with this casino as it is accredited by the meister but i have tried for 7 days now to explain you that when i originally registered with you and entered meister150 i was refused access to the download casino and directed to the instant which everyone knows there is not the same gameplay in. I have also told you i contacted you on 4 occasions during the gameplay in question due to the way it played through and the fact i had to keep logging out and in as the spins did not stop. This cost me my full deposit and bonus. Jason (who works there) apologized and agreed that there had been an error on your side and recredited my initial deposit and told me to contact you the next day because he was not able to credit the bonus again but you could. Despite 7 days of messing about and staying up all night to speak with managers you still insist on saying it is a M/g issue. This is my final attempt before i have to hand it over to someone else

    Please note that it is our full intent to award these bonuses within the specified period, but did unfortunately have a technical issue with our bonus crediting system. Only certain bonuses were affected, of which the MEISTER150 bonus was one.

    I have been assured that all outstanding qualifying MEISTER150 bonuses have been credited.

    Unfortunately I am unable to confirm that your bonus has definitely been credited, as I do not have your Canbet account number.

    Hi. I downloaded Canbet and opened an account on Saturday 15th March. I used the MEISTER150 code to get the £75 bonus for my £25 opening deposit but have not received a bonus. I have emailed the customer service and was told the matter would be resolved within 24 hours on 18th March. I have not heard from them since and the bonus is still not in my account. Please can you investigate. Thanks
