i am trying my best to stay with this casino as it is accredited by the meister but i have tried for 7 days now to explain you that when i originally registered with you and entered meister150 i was refused access to the download casino and directed to the instant which everyone knows there is not the same gameplay in. I have also told you i contacted you on 4 occasions during the gameplay in question due to the way it played through and the fact i had to keep logging out and in as the spins did not stop. This cost me my full deposit and bonus. Jason (who works there) apologized and agreed that there had been an error on your side and recredited my initial deposit and told me to contact you the next day because he was not able to credit the bonus again but you could.
