    I have been told that I must wait 10 days for my ID documents to be even looked at after submitting them for my first withdrawal. I dont find this acceptable for a company that advertises 24 hour cash out times. I have been advised to contact you. Can you help me please?

    Please send me your username (private message, don't post it here) at bwin and I will look into it. You can also contact our support and ask them to send you the full transaction history of our Instant Play Casino for a certain period of time. Unfortunately the system does not allow at the moment to check your full transaction history by yourself, but that will change in the near future - I assure you that I am the first one who is unhappy with the existing setup!

    Ok that was an easy one, because I personally requested your account to be blocked. you abused our Download Casino welcome bonus and violated our terms and conditions.
    In detail you violated this paragraph in the bwin Download Casino Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions you accepted:

    "The wagering requirements must be fullfilled with real money chips only on one or more games at bwin Download Casino. The user will start playing with bonus chips once he has run out of real money chips. If no real money chips are available, real money chips have to be bought to be able to fulfill the wagering requirements."

    Your customer services are not giving me a reason, they are only saying "we are not obliged to reveal as to why you have contravened our terms and conditions".

    The thing is, I am sure I have done nothing wrong. It really is a horrible to let players think they have won money then take it away like this. I have been crying all day because of this I really though my luck had changed when I won.
