    I complain concerning roguish actions of company Bwin.
    1) The website/operator against whom you are lodging the complaint - BWIN.
    2) Your username/alias on your login account - alzah
    3) The game which you were playing - casino bets, sport bets
    4) Date/s and Time/s of the incident/s - The payment order - on February, 19-20th, 2010.
    Payments are not present till now, the account is blocked.
    5) The reference in a support service has not given any results.
    My account is blocked.
    To me have told that I from it will not receive any payments.
    6) A short description of your claims;
    I ask to pay 537€ (400€ the first deposit and a prize 137€).

    I received on last week a 100% casino bonus, that was 149€. I lost the initial deposited funds (149€), so i played along with the bonus chips. With these chips I won about 550€, but the whole money show as playable bonus. If I deposit again some money in to my account and make the leftover wagering requirement, than can I cash out the full bonus money (550€) or only the initial bonus money? (149€)

    I have been told that I must wait 10 days for my ID documents to be even looked at after submitting them for my first withdrawal. I dont find this acceptable for a company that advertises 24 hour cash out times. I have been advised to contact you. Can you help me please?

You can also contact our support and ask them to send you the full transaction history of our Instant Play Casino for a certain period of time.     In detail you violated this paragraph in the bwin Download Casino Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions you accepted:

    "The wagering requirements must be fullfilled with real money chips only on one or more games at bwin Download Casino. If no real money chips are available, real money chips have to be bought to be able to fulfill the wagering requirements."
