hi,
i was wondering if you could get intouch with the withdrawals dept for me as i tried to withdraw today and it said i needed to send docs,i sent these docs toy ou last week via email.i sent the faxback,front an back of card,utility bill and passport.
ive dealt with many rtg's before and i know how difficult it is to get through this process,it usually goes on for months before the money is recieved ,im hoping it is different with you guys and that you will be able to help me through the withdrawal as most of the time live help is offline and not live.
