Hi! I ask the support for free spins some days ago, I didn`t get that, but they tell me that a bonus was coming. And today I have deposited several times for 985 NOK, but haven`t see any bonus..

Hi! What is wrong with Betway casino? I got an e-mail from You yesterday about 40 % Cash-back bonus up to €80, valid 14-15 april. But the Cash-back bonus was NOT on the list in My casino bonuses. I spoke to the Live Chat and sent a several mails too, the answers says I have to make a deposit. BUT I have made many deposits this two days.
Finally, Per from the support said I could not have this bonus because I have WON. But I have NOT won, I did loose many, many dollars!!

So WHAT is this??
