Hi Ian I have tried to get in touch now regarding my issues since april and see that you were here 4 days ago but still no reply, yet when i contact support i am finding them most unhelpful now also. I have asked for a manager several times and still no reply to me, What is happening Ian? I am betting mostly elsewhere as i feel like Betfred with all of there changes are not taking the customer(me) seriously and if they are the bonus king how is it that i have not been receiving any at all due to an error made by Betfred? Please contact me as this is my last attempt to stay a betfred customer.

Still no contact from the rep here....what is happening please? you were normally reliable but for some reason for over a month i have had problems and received no contact?

Ian please can you have a look into the email i sent to Betfred as i have been in touch for ages now and am getting nowhere and my last and final step is to close up and PAB on here as it is bad that a customer who was loyal til this began and who...to be fair has always been treated perfect up til this time is left to feel this way.
