its in portuguese because its where i am from and its a bonus code of 100% on my deposit, i made the deposit and i could not claim the bonus
usualy when playing in bet365 i have allways deposited in the casino section, and like in the bonus didnt mention any section to play i made the deposite in the casino, today live chat tells me ^"that bonus its not in casino section, its in games section", in the casino you will not have any bonus on the deposite you ve made....
my question is, why does not say in the bonus that was to a specific question? because of that i lost the 2 things

I really like your casino. I think the customer service and games are great.

I *was* a depositing player but there is one thing that stops me from continuing to deposit; your bonuses.

The harsh play through requirements equates to a forfeit of the deposit with very little/no chance of making a withdrawal.

It is deceitful for Bet365 to offer these negative bonuses because most people don’t know any better and think that accepting the bonus is worth it.

You really should think about offering bonuses of some value, even if it is only a small amount.

Hi, hope you are well. i am confused as to your casinos rules. I deposited via entropay and the casino is insisting that my payout be via bank wire. I explained clearly that the country i live in has strict foreign currency laws and it is illegal to have foreign currency wired to any account and also there is no scope for me to have a foregin currency account. I requested my withdrawal via neteller but even after explaining this your support is saying they have to send by bank wire. I noticed your email id below and will email you the chat log for your kind info.

Hi I have a complaint about your casino, I was playing the game Baywatch when your system timed me out, I had been playing for a few hours, I wrote to your support and they blamed my computer for timing me out, This I disagree with as I have never been timedd out by my computer ever.
