its in portuguese because its where i am from and its a bonus code of 100% on my deposit, i made the deposit and i could not claim the bonus
usualy when playing in bet365 i have allways deposited in the casino section, and like in the bonus didnt mention any section to play i made the deposite in the casino, today live chat tells me ^"that bonus its not in casino section, its in games section", in the casino you will not have any bonus on the deposite you ve made....
my question is, why does not say in the bonus that was to a specific question? because of that i lost the 2 things
