I have investigated your case and understand that you have been paid.
I would like to point out that you submitted your withdrawal on May 1 (international labor day and public holiday) and May 2 & 3 were Saturday and Sunday. You heard back from us on May 7, 2009 requesting the required documentation. That was the 4th business day since the request and 1 business day behind our 3 business day commitment for which I apologize. You sent the documentation on the 8th of May, 2009 and you were paid in full within 3 business days of sending the required documentation. So really there was a delay of 1 business day beyond our 3 business day guarantee the first time and I feel posting publically complaining about being slow paid is excessive for that especially when you made no attempt to contact management before taking the matter public.
