i am not happy with casinomeister's endorsment of jackpot city casino. they owe me $600 at 6 days have gone by and i stil haven't received my money.

Why isn´t it possible to reach the Casino Reprenssentative? I get following Message:

"bellerock has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

I was playing your casino tournament, $500 free wacky tournament, and made 5 times rebuy continuously before your microgaming server had problem.

I contact live support immediately but refused to check back to microgaming server but blame my connection. I, then, contact another microgaming site and received the info that they were aware of the issue and informed the problem to microgaming.

Tournament server was up an hour after that, however, it was too late for me to make more rebuy to catch up the 15 prize in that tourney which was unfair to me to lose my money from unstable casino tournament server. I, at that time, want my funds from 5 rebuy back because It was unfair situation and it was not problem from my side.


I want this to be resolved and assured me should there be any reponsibility for the case like this happen in the future.

I have a $1,900 withdrawal that was processed on Feb 6th. I have been playing this casino for a while and usually withdrawals take 3-4 days to show up in my account. It is now Feb 16th and no money in my account. I keep being told that the withdrawal was submitted on Feb 6th and the money will show up. No new information is being provided. I have asked for the transfer to be traced, but no new info yet. account number is

hi, my name is Patricia. Dep. £30, won £15 Gaming Club . Put in withdrawal for £45, asked to send ID docs. Sent copy utilities bill, passport by email as don't have scanner. Reply came back the photo Id wasnt correct. Sent 2nd email, with full page passport page"..."only blank pages received". Told (by Lance) to send to playersupport and verifyme email addresses. Did so, using webcam. Told by vuyo ..docs were not approved, account ... locked, deposit being returned. I asked why not approved got reply from Saira: .. documents have been deemed unsatisfactory by .. casino ....casino .. taken the decision to no longer do business with you, for this reason we are returning the money you deposited into the casino. Well Friday is my birthday and I contacted Live Chat to inquire about a Birthday Bonus...I was told that I did not qualify for a bonus but If I would make a deposit within 2 hours I would get a 25% match bouns. What an insult!!! Needless to say I did not make a deposit and never will again. Thanks for taking care of your customers! All it would have took was $30 or $40 to make me very happy.
