Im back!!! I have deposited a small fortune at Jackpot City! Well Friday is my birthday and I contacted Live Chat to inquire about a Birthday Bonus...I was told that I did not qualify for a bonus but If I would make a deposit within 2 hours I would get a 25% match bouns. What an insult!!! Needless to say I did not make a deposit and never will again. Thanks for taking care of your customers! All it would have took was $30 or $40 to make me very happy.

Hello my name is Patricia, my account is tjc11907326r. I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my Jackpot City account. I recieved an email asking for my documents. Ok so I tried and tried to fax them and they would not go thur, so I took digital photos and emailed them to both the support and verify me emails. The support team has tried to be helpful but they keep telling me that it has not shown up. I would really, really like to expedite this withdrawal but I keep hitting a wall. Can you please help me?

hey why is bellerock considered such a great place to play,, I just had my first payout there after many months of playing. I have been playing online casinos and bingo for several years. For the first time ever I am being sent a paper check. I requested my withdrawal with direct bank transfer, at the end it said if they could not verify account by ACH I would be sent a check. There is no reason they could not verify my account, my deposits are made by my debit visa on the very same account. All other sites I have ever played at have paid me by direct bank transfer or wire transfer, this is the first site ever not to. I sent emails for 3 days requesting that they please not send me a paper check,,, to contact me if they had any problem verifying my account. My emails were completely ignored until I sent one to the manager, asking why no one would answer me. Still did not hear from manager, only support saying they sent me a paper check, replied to an email from 2 days ago in which I explicitly stated I did not want a paper check. I will now wait 21 days for my check and my bank will put a 30 day hold on the check. Do you think I will ever play at this casino group again? NO; I will not. I always have my payouts in less than 7 days and we are talking 6 other sites I play on a regular basis. So thanks to Bellerock for nothing, a lousy 500 dollars after months of playing and 2 months to get the 500 dollars.
