Reply came back the photo Id wasnt correct. Sent 2nd email, with full page passport page"..."only blank pages received". Told (by Lance) to send to playersupport and verifyme email addresses. Did so, using webcam. Told by vuyo ..docs were not approved, account ... locked, deposit being returned. I asked why not approved got reply from Saira: .. documents have been deemed unsatisfactory by .. casino ....casino .. taken the decision to no longer do business with you, for this reason we are returning the money you deposited into the casino. What does "unsatisfactory" mean? Does this mean I'm not getting my winnings after having spent £5 sending emails. (I use more than 10 casinos, never been asked for ID before). Also concerned Gaming Club now has 2 copies of my passport.
