    I really would like your suggestions as I am from Illinois and opened an online gaming account. I honestly did not know Illinois was an excluded state. This was my first experience with internet gambling.
    I have deposited a very large sum of money. I requested a withdrawal of $2500. The casino locked my account and will not pay me me winnings or my deposits. That is managements final decision.
    Help? Any suggestions??
