Has your issue been solved? Please remember that the first point of action you should take is with our Customer Support Department as soon as you have an issue. Though the CasinoMeister forum is great as another method to contact us, it isn't ours or our customer's primary source of communication and isn't monitored 24/7 unlike our Customer Support Department.
