here is a strange one i am not on to complain. I am a disabled lady who has had a few issues with the casino since joining and i think....no sorry i know that the way i have been treated by your staff and especially the manager(steve) is the best and most helpful customer service i have ever encountered. I have not been lucky as yet so that is not why i am writing ....i just feel that you lot get so much abuse that it is nice to be nice and i will be sticking with your casino from here on in (despite not winning lol) but once again please thank your staff and long may this continue
