Hi, I don't know what has changed with Rivals, programming, but after I download any Rival I get an error message that it wouldn't connect. I can download any other casino and not have this problem, it is only happening with the Rival software. Any suggestions?

i downloaded the casino to check it out and as soon as i tried to log in lo and behold the account is permanently locked. Now this may be for an issue i had with a casino previously but if you check my position on the slotmeister competition i generally spin there 50,000 spins per month. I have been put on a no bonus offer list from RIVAL and to my knowledge I have done nothing wrong except make a cash out. They tell me I can still play but am not allowed any bonuses because of their automatic system and per their policy they dont have to tell me why. How can i clear this up no one seems to want to help?
