After reading other posts I guess I should not be suprised that my withdrawall has been cancelled.
No doubt you have a 'good' excuse. However, why do you accept deposits and offer a bonus if you are not going to pay withdrawalls. At the very least you should return the deposit and communicate with the player whose money you have accepted. Owed $802. Roberta

I realize that my post to you is just days old but my persistand emails to support and payments have been over since Sept. 15..Once again I did not commit any fraud against your casino nor haveI abused any casino or intend to. I have been playing at Rival casinos over the last few months and never has there been any problem with accepting my deposits. If I was a high risk player then my accounts with all Rival should have been locked. They were not and have not. Or is this just a last minute trick that you guys pull to deny winnings. I do not know any other way to feel because of your lack of response. Like I said I am very disappointed and I do not agree with your policy of ignoring the customer and refusing to acknowledge my concerns. I did not lose at your casino. I won. If I had lost my deposits would be rightful yours. If anything I feel you have stolen from me and intentional not responding to my emails regarding to payment. Now..... if the shoe were on the other foot.

OMG....the difference is that we give you money in return of possibly receiving a profit in the end. And if we do profit we are lucky if you DECIDE to pay. Now if we pay you and receive nothing okay and if we pay you and receive nothing and for some reason the payment for that nothing is somehow intercepted you come for collection along with other consequences. If we pay you and win then you decide to deny us payment this is okay as well. Win win for you for now! but your reputation will suffer and clearly it has. If this is how you do business then i should expect this because you clearly will not be a true succes. I can understand time being an issue. But I have not received any response or anything that I do not understand

I was not aware of these cashbacks and had to do some research on my own as to who these casinos were. The problem was with ewalletxpress dating back around March 2010. It was through them I made the deposits with two rival casinos Lions and Vegas Regal. Both accounts were locked. I contacted ewalletxpress regarding the matter. I could not find on my statements that the transaction was ever submitted for payment nor could my bank verify it. But it did not show payment was made either. So with that being said I still did owe the money so I took care of this matter with ewalletxpress and contacted the casinos involved making them aware of my updated status with ewalletxpress. My question to you is where do we go from here with my withdrawal with supremeplay.

Hello, I played at supremeplay about a month ago and won. My withdrawal request was denied because of "pending cashbacks with other casinos". I have emailed supremeplay supports and payments asking for assistance and did not receive any responses. The only response I received was an email asking to send in my verification documents again. (this was done and I received an email saying that they were approved). message is continued
