    Complaint : My complaint is: They did not send me my check. On 4/26/01 I withdrew $312 from this casino. Their policy is to send the entire deposit by check, therefore I do not expect a refund to my credit-card. On 5/21/01 and the following days I made repeated emails and phone calls. I mostly spoke to Frederick, and occasionly spoke with Viviana. Frederick always promised a response and never delivered on his promise. After contacting Viviana twice, she finally sent me a request to fax my credit card statement in. I sent the the credit card statement to the casino on 5/28/01 and have not even received a response that it was received as of now. I believe they are just delaying my request until 60 days pass from original charge to my credit card.
    How Resolve: Please get Ocean Park Casino to send me my check for $312.

    I, , give permission for OceanParkCasino to release all information regarding my account to the OPA.I also agree not to settle this claim without first notifying the OPA of my intentions to do so. I further agree to be truthful and honest in my communications with the OPA. I understand that by misleading the OPA in this matter could result in my membership being cancelled in the OPA. I further agree to release all terms of any settlement agreement with the OPA I further agree to reimburse the OPA for any out of pocket expenses concerning this complaint. I also understand that this complaint may be posted or broadcast by the OPA

    Thank you for the notice regarding this incident, I have just spoken with our accounting department and I can confirm that we have infact just sent the check out for this player, and he should be getting it very shortly =)
