Complaint : I purchased $53 300501 1745 (Danish Local Time). This would result in a $50 bonus. The terms and conditions says, that the initial purchase must be played 4 times ($212) and the bonus must also be played 4 times ($200), a total wagering of $412. After playing "Diamond Mine" (3 x 50 cents) for a total of $270, my balance showed $1288. I then played on to meet the wager requirements : $49 on "Sevens Wild Poker" and $114 on Deuces Wild Poker. This gives a total wagering of $433 (min. req. $412). I then left the casino and would wait for the casino to credit my account with the bonus ($50) On the same evening I tried to enter my account, but the message was "Invalid Password". As You can see on the correspondance which I'll attach to another mail to You, the casino first excused themselves by singing a song about server problems in Europe. Later on they wrote that there was "fraudulent activity". I've followed the "Terms and Conditions" stricly at all the casinos that I've played at, and I'll continue to do so. The Vegas Strip Casinos are the only casinos, where I've been cheated, among the 50 casinos I've visited. The are complainting about "bonus abusers". How can I be an abuser, when I follow the rules, that they have made themselves?? When You are at it, Cleopatras Casino is also in a debt to me. The owe me $144 and the story about that is that I purchased $100 280501, played $453, received my bonus ($100) and then played an additional $488, given a total wagering of $941(min. req. $800). I haven't received a dime! Finally, let me state: I don't make the rules...I just follow them. I don't think, that it's fair if I have to be responsibel for any fraud that Dane(s) might have been making at the casinos and since I've followed all the rules, I don't see how the casino can retain my winnings. At "The Vegas Strip" I've totally deposited $972. My total wagers is above $7000 and I've cashed $2331 out, though I haven't received the $1324 from Club Regal and $144 from Cleopatras.
How Resolve: Read the attached letters to my next mail, give me Your opinion, whether it's pro or con, and if it's pro then help me get my winnings. This is a players nightmare: I finally hit a jackpot and I don't get paid. Yours sincerely
