Who's picking on Dom? I asked her how she could support my banning at CAP and the theft of all the companies funds. I think thats a valid question. Especially after all the years we have worked together.

If it was your family or business it wouldnt be a sympathy card would it? I have always been Dom's biggest supporter. Shes knows that. All they way to back to when CAP started. Anyway I said what I needed to her and am hopeful she will respond. I think I have earned that much after all these years. If she doesnt agree than I cant do much to change that.

I am going to bed as its 12:20 here and I am exhausted. I hope tomorrow will bring a better day.

Jeez I cant say a thing that doesnt bring a fusalade of rebukes from the same people. I will let Dom have a chance to read my questions and answer before I jump to conclusions. She also knows how to reach me privately. My remarks were based on a few posts she made at CAP and a lack of any visible support here all day. Good night all.

Gamtrak also had her moderator rights removed and she can no longer PM members. How is that free speach or being open to a peaceful resolution? . How is that trying to save CAP as Warren keeps stating? I bet if you insist I be granted access back at CAP Warren will ban you as well. Dom you have known me for eight years and you were my most trusted Mod and friend. How can you condone or support the theft of all the companies money and my banning at CAP?

How am I supposed to feed my children, two elderly mothers (Mine and Maries) my wife and pay our mortgage if all the monies in the bank have been removed? I hope you realize exactly what Warren has done and the severity of it. This isnt a minor disagreement.

I am sorry Lou that you are in the situation you are in but what gives you the right to ask people how they can condone behaviour from him when you have done nothing but pissed on the affiliates who were making YOU and Warren money and slapped each of them in the face with your lies.

How are you supposed to feed your family?

I dont know why dont you ask the people who your company ripped off how they were supposed to feed their families? Maybe they can give you a few pointers on where to go from here. How should they pay their bills? They dont make millions from affiliating a year. In fact many still hold jobs in the real world in hopes of being able to do this full time. But thats not the point here is it. Right now its all about you and how you have been hurt. Stop the guilt trips.

Get off your soap box and own your actions and the mess that both of you created. You banned people who asked where their money was on your forum for promoting a room that you were managing/owning or whatever the story is this week. You banned people because they didnt want to bow down to "Your House". You made fun of affiliates who have been here since the beginning, those who stuck their necks on the line by promoting your skins and yet you have the audacity to plea for people's sympathy and question their integrity after everything you have done.

How can you condone your actions? Not being honest with your own affiliates and never stepping up to the plate like a real man would and say look we messed up but we want to fix this. Dont point the finger at just one person when you knew damn well what was going on

Like the conversation we had over the phone. You blamed Greg for all wrong doings at CardSpike. He was the one who messed up the stats, who didnt pay people when you had already received the funds from Cake way back in November. Its now almost march...six months from when that card room opened and there are still affiliates who havent been paid.

I felt bad for you in a way because I dont think anyone should lose their business and I am in most cases a fairly considerate person but my god get over yourself. You want people to have sympthay for you?

Start making ammends with the people you have hurt first with sincerity. This is not just to you but Warren to. Both are equally at fault IMO regardless of who owns what.

Lou - Be thankful that people are listening to you here. That your not being silenced like you have done to many of your peers. I do think its shitty whats going on...and whatever that may be beause I really havent a clue..there are always three sides to every story. But for what its worth I honestly think you need to step back and look at your actions in this and try to correct those first before you look for empathy from others.

Of course it's going to be rebuked. You're basically calling her out and saying that she supports what's going on. Not everyone here is a member or even reads the CAP forums, so it's not like they're getting the whole story.

And if you're not sure where she stands in this, why not ask her yourself....via PM's?

edit: You make it sound as if Dom betrayed you - which is quite the opposite if you step back and look at everything.

Great post Kaus. This situation is exactly the reason I was never an affiliate when I owned Rake Rebate Review. For those that don't know it was a rakeback directory that helped rakeback explode. I never was nor have been an affiliate although I work for one now. This is exactly why, because of the massive conflict of interest. How in the world could you take advertising from casinos and poker rooms and then compete against them? Some of the people that copied my idea did just that and I called them out. You did it and then you lied about it and now you are here playing the victim.

First pay out the tens of thousand of dollars to the people who your company pushed into promoting your product that we all knew was your product even before CardSpike imploded. I know for a fact there are many more owed than have come public too. You, Warren or whoever know who they are and how much you owe them. PAY THEM! You banned them, deleted their posts, humiliated them, locked them out of their affiliate accounts, altered stats and to this day have ignored all of their emails. After you have righted all of those wrongs then you may find sympathy.

Don't get me wrong, you deserve your chance to speak your mind here just as anyone else and I'm glad you came here. I don't know you or Warren but I know the online poker industry as well as anyone. You have quite a few friends here, some I have the utmost respect for so you must be doing something right or have the ability to. I imagine though you don't owe those people tens of thousands of dollars either, most likely because they are casino affiliates and not poker affiliates therefor they never made the mistake of touching the CardSpike disaster.

My advice: take it or leave it:

Please think very carefully before you do that Lou. For two reasons: 1) on the assumption that somewhere along the line you and Warren have contracts and/or confidentiality agreements, going public with that could prove to be a self-damaging and very costly move for you IMO and 2) it has the potential to become a millstone around your neck for a long time. It may help to "prove a point", but at what cost?

It clearly has a place in your personal case against Warren, but opening it up for public scrutiny could potentially undermine that.
