    Angry Still no real answers...

    Cipher...

I have added nothing to this thread since my original post... where I stated I hoped you would respond to these accusations... and when you did decide to post a response on this forum... you used my original post to preface it.

For reasons known only to yourself... you have chosen to respond to this issue in an arrogant and abrasive manner (both on this and the other forums you have added responses on) without responding to any of the relevent questions that have been asked repeatedly.

I have yet to read any response posted by you that actually deals with Tim's accusations against you.

Tim has answered every question asked by the numerous posters in this thread. You have answered none.

I have no dog in this fight... but as an interested observer and participant of online gaming issues... for 7 years now... and a background of 35 years with issues involving gambling... I feel I have developed a pretty accurate insight and perception of things.

From what has been presented to this point... you Cipher... haven't shown or proven anything contrary to what most here have stated about you. You have not "denied" any of Tim's accusations about you regarding this issue.

I'll not add to the many negative comments that have been made about you and your reputation and ethics. What would be the point... it would be overkill.

It's funny that Ciphers Profile shows under Favorite TV shows:
    FOX NEWS

I don't think he has watched the "NO Spin Zone" lately though !

WB you have way too much patience, with the boldness he displays going through the legal channels will be futile, lengthy and expensive, I am in a business where a lot of personal money changes hands, when one is fu**ing one he is the one whom ends up fu**ed, I know this may sound harsh, however nothing is a better motivator than fear of life itself (or the threat of intense pain anyway), sorry this this is offensive to some but these kind of scumbags hide behind the legal system all the time and think the longer it goes on the safer things will be, which happens more often than not. Good luck with your persuits.

    Statute of limitations question

Hmmm...1 year from when the fraud occured or 1 year from when the fraud is discovered? In an investment-type fraud, the people making the investments obviously don't know it's a fraud at the time they make the investment, even though it may have been fraudulent from the get-go. Sometimes it takes years to uncover the fraud, yet major lawsuits are often won in these cases.

    Worth checking...

what about www.casinomeistress.com ??? Nobody will know you're plagiarising another website's good name and reputation. 32 Vegas seem to have gotten away with it without (much) people spotting what they cleverly did!

Anyhow that's my first 2 hours at work on a Monday morning catching up on this saga.

For what it's worth, I'm not going to give any legal advice as the extent of my knowledge is that it is illegal in Scotland to urinate in a public place even if you are very inebriated (£25 fine for that one) and don't think it's relevant to the case in question.

I too am keen to hear Cipher's side but feeling we are never going to...

I hope that the saying that "there's no such thing as bad publicity" does not hold true. Despite all the negative stuff sure there will be some mugs who get drawn into looking at cipher's website for the first time (like me) and believe the BS and spend $1,000 on the software (not like me).

Commiseration on the loss of your loved one WB and hope you get your money back (although, please do not connect the 2, I would hope you get your money back whatever your other circumstances were)
