About the Online Complaint forum
Hi CasinoMeister,
Often when a thread is growing and the players are having a real issue with a casino, I will check back to get your take on the issue. I get the feeling that you may be working behind the scenes and that "updating" the thread with your comments may be counterproductive to your mediation attempts. Is that right? It seems in the past there was a lot of back and forth between the watchdogs and the players but I don't see that as much. There is a prime example right now where the issue is significant and ongoing with player complaints here and at WOL. Are you having to make decisions between updating the players and possibly inflaming a situation and mediating behind the scenes? Just curious. A little yes, and a little no. I'll make comments when I can, directly involved or not. Many of the complaints I deal with are never aired since they come through the POB section. When a casino is really screwing up, I'll make an anouncement of course. Some of the issues I haven't been able to jump on too heartily since I've been out about three weeks out of the past two months. I can only do so much. There is much more to Casinomeister than people bitching and moaning
