C. Whoever called those roosters "scatters" must not have noticed that they're useless unless you get one on the first reel and one on the second. When they're actually scattered they pay nothing. Following that logic any symbol in any game that pays on two matching symbols like the unicorns in Enchanted garden are all scatters. :rolleyes:
