on wednesday I deposit  $66 at Grandevegas and I was  lucky enough to submit a withdraw for $350.<br />

Yesterday I had a chat to see if they could rush my withdraw so I was able to play and I wasnt told anyhting regarding  docs missing whatsoever.<br />
Today (48 hours later) my withdraw is still pending.<br />
I contacted live chat and I was told that finance department is not available till monday.<br />
What?<br />
Then I was told that I had to send a new form with the C/C autorihization,I asked why I wasnt told about it on the past 2 days......nobody knows.<br />
Why didnt they asked for this &quot;form&quot; when I asked for the withdraw?<br />
Stalling is becoming a very common behaviour to most casinos nowaday.<br />
So at this point for a win on wednesday I will have to wait at least untill tuesday.I was offered a 20bonus for the issue.....<br />
I refused it, I want my money.<br />
That's unacceptable to me.....especially from a casino who claims 24/48 to a webwallett and accredited here.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I played this week in Mayan Fortune, could cash out a nice sum and on their webside is written: &quot;we always aim to process withdrawals in two business days or less.&quot; but after i went to the chat support and asked a &quot;lady&quot; named Suzy, she told me, that it takes up to 5 business days, although i told her 10 times, that on their webside it is written, that it takes only a maximum of 2 days, which was for me the reason, that i play here, because i hate a 5 business days waiting period! <br />

I even showed her the side, where she can read it, because i thought, she know not really her own casino terms, but she always told me the same crap, like &quot;that's the way it is on all rival casinos!&quot; but that's certainly not the truth, because we all know, that there are much rivals out there, which can pay out faster!<br />
Even after reading her own terms (we always aim to process withdrawals in two business days or less.), she only meant &quot;There was an mistake because they didn't update the website&quot; which is for me only a big joke!<br />
<br />
I know certainly, that the chat support is for all rival casinos, but they should at least know the different terms on different casinos, or not?<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Last Wednesday I submitted a withdrawal at Yukon Gold. They wouldn't flush the winnings for me so it remained reversible for 4 days instead of the usual 2 because of the weekend. <br />
On Sunday a chat rep told it would be processed on Monday.<br />

On Monday a chat rep told me the money had been paid 'yesterday'(sunday) and it will take up to a week for it to appear in my account but it will probably only be a day or 2. <br />
<br />
On Tuesday a different chat rep told me it was processed Monday and it would take up to 3 days to appear in my account. <br />
<br />
Yesterday I contacted the Yukon Gold <acronym title="CasinoMeister">CM</acronym> rep and was told that it was sent to be processed on monday, they indeed do not process on sundays and that it takes 3-5 business days so the latest I will see it is next monday (12 days after the original withdrawal) <br />
<br />
This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. My dad was robbed the other night so I used all the money I had in my account to pay  the rent. I was depending on the money from this withdrawal to pay the food shopping and electrcity bill. I told the chat reps this but they either don't understand English well enough or just didn't care.</div>

now they did not even ask for electronic copies. Straight away they asked for the physical notarized copies which are to be sent by express mail to philippines. Now I need to pay twice- once to notary and second for the mailing. Also it will take a lot of time. I asked the casino if they are going to cover my expenses (the unexpected expenses) for notary and the mail. They said NO. <br />
 What do you people think about it? They keep my winnings and make me go for more expenses in order to get those winnings. Also is that safe to send one's physical copies to the unknown destination somewhere in philippines?</div>

I signed up for the Casino as I usually do with no problem, and then their support asked for Identifcation.<br />
 So I sent them a copy of my valid drivers licence with the licence number on the top whited out, this is what I usually do at all casinos with no problem, I do this to protect myself from idenity theft. <br />
So they said this idenification was not good enough I had to send them my passport. So I sent them an email saying if I sent the passport with the passport number whited out would that do and they said it wouldnt.<br />
<br />
 So then I said would they accept my hdyro bill or telephone bill with my name address etc on it and they said it would be no good, they were peristent in the fact that they wanted these numbers on my id, which to me I found troubling and scared me off, I dont see how these numbers have any bearing on me making an account, on the id provided they had my name, address and age, and if they didnt think it was me, like i said i was willing to provide them with documentation with my name on it from my home , like phone bill etc.<br />
