Was very fortunate - met the playthrough and finished with a balance of $3000.<br />
I then attempted to cashout it all out. It would not let me. I contacted support who informed me there is a daily limit on cashouts due to my class - currently 500/day. So for the last 4 days I have cashed out 2000. So today I tried to take out another 500 but I cannot - a message comes up  stating due to current withdrawal limits neteller is unavailable. I contacted support but they could not help - they state management are dealing with this. I asked for a telephone number and the managers name - but support stated they were only available by email - no name. I have already emailed them last Sunday - no response.<br />
 So I still have a balance of $1000 and I cannot withdraw it. <br />
I have had this account with this casino for years  - have had withdrawals before. I was bonus banned , indeed they locked my account for a while. They reopened it a couple of weeks ago.<br />
 The other 4 withdrawals are processing.<br />
I am very worried now and VERY p-----d off.<br />
They also offered me a free $20 chip yesterday - I did not use it - how could I with a 1000 balance. Imagine the shit if I had.<br />
 I shall send them another email this morning.<br />
Does anyone know who I can contact to help<br />

This said i decided to try again and made a small deposit of 15 pounds and a 40% bonus that i did not request was credited, but hey any free money is good, right......wrong i managed to get this 15 + my six bonus up to 200 pounds and when i asked about withdrawing was told no i still had loads of wagering to go as i had only wagered 620 pounds at this time, I was told it was bonus x30 but it turned out that it was deposit plus bonus x 50 making my wagering for a six pound bonus a ludicrous 1050 pounds. What is the point i ask myself? I gets on to support and they assure me that i was never told 30 x wagering and that it has always been deposit and bonus x 50 however the management had taken the decision to change it to x30 from now on(lol) but i could have 10 pounds for my inconvenience. I asked if there was a rep here and was assured there was but lo and behold it does not seem as though there is. Does anyone know plz. My account has now been closed as no manager would speak to me but i just thought it fair and right that people should be aware of this as it can ruin your week. If the bonus was fulfilled at my River Belle Account then it shouldn't have been offered to me, again, in my Jackpot City Account a full 24 hours later.  Your policy of running promotions across all accounts is fine but that policy is your business, not mine.  I shouldn't have to be aware of your across-all-accounts policies when I log into your casinos and the first thing I see is an invitation to participate in a match deposit promotion that, in reality, is not available to me at all. I certainly would not have deposited the $50 at Jackpot City had it not been for the offer.  Moreover, I deposited and then claimed the bonus and was further deceived by a &quot;thank-you for entering&quot; on the ensuing confirmation page!  Other Microgaming operators offer promotions without offering things they have no intention of giving so what am I supposed to think about this? I think that this bug was either left in (cuz you <i>damn</i> sure aren't hearing about it for the first time from <i>me!</i>) or was engineered to lure me to deposit expecting a bonus the casino had no intention of honoring. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I have a complaint about CITY CLUB CASINO.  As a first time player I deposited $US100 with them and received a $400 bonus.  The rules stated I could not play progessives with this bonus - something I overlooked.  I won $2500 and requested a withdrawal, at which stage the casino took back its $400 bonus.  No mention was made that I could not withdraw the rest.  Over the next 6 days with the withdrawal still awaiting approval, I cancelled the withdrawal in order to play with the funds.  I would have won approx. $10,000+ and continued to request withdrawals of between $1500 &amp; $3000.  All these were marked as &quot;awaiting approval&quot;.  A couple of them I cancelled and continued to play with.  Finally, about a week later, I had 4 or 5 withdrawal requests pending, totalling about $12,500.  I finally contacted City Club's accounts people asking when I could expect my winnings.  I was told that as I had initally played partly on a progessive, my total winnings were forfeit and they would refund my original stake of $100.  What I do not understand is I won the first $2500 on a progressive from which their bonus amount was retrieved.  I then wagered the total balance of this win, so ensuing winnings were not tied to this amount, but to my original stake.  Can you advise where my thinking is illogical.</div>
