My name is Martyn (Dutch for Martin) and I have over six years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Quality Assurance, plus some Risk Management.

Born in the Netherlands, I grew up in Montreal, Canada and received all my formal education in English. I am described as a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys analytical challenges, performing research and writing reports. Three years of coaching experience in a multilingual accredited casino & poker group where the common languages are English, French and Dutch complete my profile.

Currently employed part-time (~20 hours/week), I offer Customer Service for our English player base via email, live chat and telephone. I am at ease with CRM applications; live chat tools and can quickly adapt to various software solutions and company protocols.

My industry knowledge includes affiliate offers, promotions, casino and poker room policies, payment methods, verification/identity check processes, identifying fraud indicators, responsible gaming policies and much more.

I am presently seeking a second part-time position, preferably in Risk Management (i.e. operations analyst) Affiliate Marketing or Sales. Depending on the opportunity, I may also consider a Customer Service related role in English or Dutch.

Preferred work locations are Montreal or the nearby Kahnawake Mohawk Reserve, however working from home via remote access may also be an interesting option.
