I agree the service should never be a paid for as it could lead to all sorts of problems but would a Compulsory donation to a charity before a PAB was considered/taken on weed out the fraudsters/ass-clowns or do you think it would still ruin it for the legit players,

IMO the PAB service is invaluble to players and if there was ever a time i needed to use it i would have no problems in paying a donation to charity,whereas if i was a fraud i probably wouldnt want to bother,

If it is because of sign up bonuses, then why don't the casinos just limit one sign up bonus per household? That would be the only abuse right?
