Excuse me if I posted this in the wrong place. Anyway I figured this may deserve some attention. The perpetrator has been contacted and feels this okay?

I think it is outright content theft amongst other things. Check out the iframe they captured your whole site!

Thanks! I guess he took it down. Some a-hole webmasters just can't get it through their thick skulls that site scrapping, copying, etc., is theft. They don't have the talent or intellegence to write anything original - they resort to leaching off of others.

Hey Meister,

Through a cooperative effort the site was finally shut down. Very hard to comprehend the magnitude of site infringement this person was doing.

The logic was it was okay because it was no different from what Google does? Anyway it caused a severe Serp depression for many affiliate sites.

Glad its’ over now and the perpetrator may have learnt a valuable lesson.
