WARNING Casino Metropol: unexplained confiscations, silent on player issues.

A player brought their complaint to us a little over a month ago. They had deposited €250, received a matching bonus and ended up winning €1500. When they requested withdrawal the casino asked for documents. The player had sent the docs in and received a reply that said only that the casino would not pay the withdrawal, no reason given then or since. The casino has ignored all the player's subsequent emails.

We tried for several weeks to get the casino to respond to the player's complaint but they ignored all attempts.

Warning: Casino Metropol is confiscating player balances without explanation and ignoring player complaints. They are also ignoring our attempts to raise the player issues for discussion. Players are advised to avoid this casino until there is reason to believe this situation has changed.
 
One of our diligent forum members did some digging, offered this additional info on Metropol:
... they are operated by Real Entertainment. Primarily targeting the Turkish market but will accept players from most countries.

They are also operating brands like bets10.com and CasinoMaxi.com.

These are all white labels of Betsson. For example Casino Metropol's site is identical to the accredited cherrycasino.com as you can see. But Betsson has no operational control over these white labels ....
