Yet another bingo site falls into the realm of the Casinomeister Warning:
A player came to us with a complaint against Bingomania (bingomania.com): they had been locked out and payouts denied. The reason given was that "Bingomania is not accepting players from your country, Romania". When we approached the management they said "yes, it's in the Terms". But it wasn't, no mention at all of Romanian players. Their excuse? "An employee deleted the clause without permission". Seriously?!? And how does that make it the player's fault?
Ah, it's the player's fault because "they have been using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses". Fair enough, so I asked for the evidence. None was offered. I asked three times. Nothing, just "we warned them to stop and they didn't". A reasonable argument if there is evidence to back it up. But if there's no proof then it's just hearsay and that is not good enough for confiscating winnings.
So then I asked how it was that players from a banned country was allowed to register, deposit, play, and win and there was no problem until they tried to withdraw. "Someone made a mistake" they said. That was sounding a bit too familiar.
Be Aware: Bingomania management is having serious problems with it's employees randomly deleting things and making "mistakes", the end result being that non-existent Terms are being applied and Terms are being applied inconsistently. Players are advised to proceed with extreme caution when considering Bingomania.
