After reading the live chat again I believe there could well have been a disconnection. However, it seems obvious to me that customer service staff hired by the casinos seem to be of lower calibre in general nowadays. Possibly due to the need to cut costs and hire cheaper staff and with little or no training to upgrade them its a recipe for failure.

, as far as Red Flush CS guys go I think they`re awesome, after the last tourney I spoke to one via live chat, cannot remember his name, but he said stop `stressing dude, i`ll see what goodies I can find for you` and gave me some FS`s
