    Cool The Buzzluck Treasure Hunt

Arrrr me hearties. It’s time to baton down the yardarms and splice the main gibbets (OK, so my knowledge of pirates and sailing lingo is limited to Johnny Depp movies...)

Let’s take to the high seas with this week’s Buzzluck contest, a Youtube treasure hunt.

Below I have listed ten ‘treasures’ you need to find on the YouTube site. If you manage 5 or more, then you go into a draw for one of four €15 prizes.

You have ten days of hunting, and anyone who doesn’t manage it will be forced to walk the plank!

Here are the videos I need ye to find:

1: An unwilling unicorn being dragged to Candy Mountain
2: A little boy, high after the dentist, wondering if this is ‘real life’
3: Any video that is exactly 2 minutes and 38 seconds long.
4: Buzzluck’s own ‘Zoe’, talking about the Buzzluck site.
5: Internet legend ‘Fred’, talking in his REAL voice (not the annoying sped up whine)
6: A fireman and a cop puppet, arguing.
7: An ad done by 'Toby Jones' for either storage or BBQ.
8: A ‘’rickroll’’ video where you hear Rick Astley, but never see him.
9: A song about Pirates (or being sung by pirates)
10: A trailer for a movie that does not exist.

    The Rules:
The videos you find must be at least 1 week old, and must be on YouTube (no other video site)
You must submit them to me by PM, NOT here in the thread (Just send me the youtube urls).
For some of the options there are of course many right answers , but you only need to provide one in each case.
USA players are, as always, welcome to play along and win too.
If you recently won a free chip at Buzzluck you must have deposited before you can win another.
Lastly, the prizes are cash bonuses and as such have no rollover requirement.

    Happy treasure hunting folks.

PS: If you don’t know what a rickroll is, or have any questions, those can go here in the thread and I will reply for the benefit of you and anyone else.

    Hi Miranda,

I dont remember ever running a weekly contest with rollovers on the prize money. Last weeks certainly didn't and a quick scan through the other threads i dont see that in any of them. I can definately confirm there is none on the prizes this week

It looks like I'm the only one who would fucking freak if that was my kid, asking me "is this real life"

That's the worst you tube video I have ever seen, his father is a SOD for filming that and posting it on you tube.

Hey Lookaway..Most people I showed this to laughed and moved on, but your post got me thinking, so I decided to dig a little deeper into the David story.

The video was originally made by the dad as Davids mom could not attend his first surgery, and the father wanted her to be a part of it and have a record. He posted it on facebook for friends and family, but there was an overwhelming demand so he added it to youtube forgetting to hit the ‘private’ button. by the time they realised what was happening it already had close to 3 million hits.

David says the whole thing made him ‘feel like a superstar’ and has since appeared with Matt Lauer, Jay Leno, been sent to disneyworld and so on, so he’s more than happy it was done. Polls also showed a 67% tilt in favor of what the dad did, saying it was harmless fun and not damaging to the child.

The DeVore family were soon made YouTube Partners. This gives YouTube the right to run ads over the videos they post, and in exchange, are given a share of the revenue. They also sell "David After Dentist" t-shirts and donate a portion of the revenue they earn to dental charities.

All that aside, you do make a good point though, and a third of the population agree with you. Sorry if my posting it here caused you any stress. Maybe you'll prefer ‘Jones BBQ and foot massage’ (one of the other vids you could hunt for).
