I played one of your september slot promotions you have going for Greatest Odyssey slot on the 8th sept.

The problem is during the free spin sessions for this slot a wager is still taken from my current balance, I higlighted this on live chat but they said there was no problem.

I played until I hit the free spin sessions again and took a series of sequential screen grabs showing my balance dropping on each free spin.

I am not happy and out of pocket.
