I registered on the 17th over this side, and claimed the code.

Now i'm waiting over 48 hours and the bonus is still not crediting.

Before a few minutes i was on Chat with Ajay and yesterday with Andrew.

Ajay told me now that it gives a problem with the code.

Yesterday, Andrew told me that he will forward the issue to departement

and today Ajay said also to me that he emailed the departement.

But they will not be working till tuesday, due to public holidays.

it makes no fun waiting so long for a bonus, sorry Canbet and Bryan but
this is very bad.

They should have fixed this, the MEISTER1 code didn't work when I first joined, and in the end they had to credit the bonus manually. I also found other codes not working properly, but they now seem more reliable.

It is particularly annoying that CS are not allowed to deal with this themselves, and have to refer the matter to a department that has just begun a 4 day break.

Don't forget to enter the other codes, for the 25% rebate and the $20,000 in free bets (keep any profit) before you start playing.

you're absolutely right man and i find it a joke that a departement must credit a bonus manually and CS is it not allowed.

Fact is, it makes no fun and enough is enough because i have wait 3.5 days.

Yesterday they offered me a $10 Free into Sportsbook for this inconvenience but what should i make with $10 in Sportsbook, i play only in casinos, so i have rejected.

I too have had the same problems. Registered on 15th March and still no bonus. Chased them on 18th and was told 24 hours to solve. Still waiting. I have emailed the rep through casinomeister today so will wait and see when or if the bonus will arrive.

As this was a technical issue, the CSC agents were unable to credit the bonus - as the system would then double credit when it came on-line.
