As this was a technical issue, the CSC agents were unable to credit the bonus - as the system would then double credit when it came on-line.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience and any frustrations this this may have caused.

The good news is that the issue has now been resolved.

It was just that I was impatient for the bonus,forgetting that there were
