First of all I want to thank you and bet.365 for this great promo
I've been your player almost for 2 years and must say it's one of the best casinos I've ever played
And yes, I have one or two questions

1. How can I make sure that my answer was correct?
2. How can I make sure that my email with answer was received and reviewed by you or another staff? Maybe you should implement some kind of confirmation autoreply f.e. "Your email was received" or "We received your answer" ?
3. How can I make sure that I was included in list of members who will take a part in your prize draw? Or maybe I will be able to see the list of participants?

I have replied to your PM.

You will receive a reply to your email if your answer is incorrect. We don't like to use auto-reply emails as they are so impersonal. If you have any concerns about your email reaching us, please let me know your bet365 username and email address, and I can verify for you that it has been received by the Promotions team.

We cannot publish the usernames of those that take part for data protection reasons. If we receive your email by Sunday night with the correct answer to that week's question, your username will be entered once into the prize draw; the same applies to each weekly question, so you can get up to 4 entries in the monthly draw.
