Hello people. Please help me with some advices on how to get rid of CASINO REWARDS SPAM EMAILS !?

Here is my experience with them:

1. I was receiving daily spam emails from them on several of my email address. (I have about 10 email adresses)

2. Disgusted of these shitty unsolicited spam emails sent from them, few months ago I went to their official website xxx.casinorewards.xxx to report that their UNSUBSCRIBE FORM function from the emails they send is not working, and to please them to stop sending these emails to my email addresses because I am not anymore interesed in their promotions. I also stated them that most of the emails are unsolicited and I have never signed up with my email addresses for such type of email promotions. I have explained them that the only type of promotions which I ever been accepting was PROMOTIONS via mobile SMS (and not over the phone) - this is my policy when I register to any gambling website: I tell them via Live Chat (or via email) that I want to have all promotions turned off except the ones sent via SMS, and from my experience I can tell you guys, that if the respective site is really reputable it will never ever send you any promotions via email, but if they really want you to take part in their any respective promotion, they will gladly let you know about it via SMS.

3. On their Live Chat CASINO REWARDS representatives Davide (firstly) and Annelise (3 days later) fooled me to give them ALL OF MY PERSONAL DETAILS: - date of birth, home address, full name and ALL OF MY EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR SECURITY PURPOSES !!!

Both of them confirmed me that I was SUCCESFULLY UNSUBSCRIBED and that I will never get any more emails from Casino Rewards or its affiliates !!! (they pretended my patience for just two more days to wait for getting it in order to be ``fully unsubscribed``)

More than that, Annelise did even told me that she sent my issue to her supervisors, as I have requested her !!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: And I was carefully to warn them also on their Live Chat that if I will continue to receive their junkie trash emails spam after the respective amount of two days, as they have requested, I will become agressive on my turn and report their bad business practices on all over the internet forums and bulletin boards and I will also spam they back and be rude to their customer care representatives on the reason because they tell only lies and do nothing good.

ALL OF THIS HAS HAPPENED ON 5 September 2011 on CASINO REWARDS Live Chat (I have also the respective chat log into my email address)

4. THE RESULTS: In the next few days ALL OF MY EMAILS ADDRESSES (10 at number) WERE RECEIVING SPAMS FROM CASINO REWARDS !

I was lucky that I could save 3 of these 10 email address (all AOL ones) because AOL has an option that after you report a spam they will let you choose to block the spam sender forever. (this is a great email option and should be implemented by Yahoo and Gmail also)

SO, AS A FINAL WORD: Anyone can help me to STOP receiving these shitty CASINO REWARS SPAM EMAILS on Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail ? (I am still receiving them daily, mostly in my spam folder, but I am yet very disgusted about all their business and it gets me headaches..)

best way to do this is to reply to them, I mean reply on the mail you got, to the address you got it from, and ask to be removed from the mailing list.
don't use the unsubscribe button as this will only work for the brand they mail you about. (I think)

It's been a long time since I've read Casino Rewards Privacy agreement, but I think you initially gave permission for it to be distributed to their partners. People have a hard time unsubscribing from some if they still want to receive ANY of the promotional emails. Personal ones with your account number are wanted by me and active players usually.

Because some lists to "partners" have gone out quite a while ago, it may take some time for all to stop. If you are looking to never receive any, including Xmas presents or birthday gifts, you can block each address as it arrives in each mailbox.

Casino Rewards has a very good rep here. Look under the I-Gaming Reps for Renee. I'm sure she can assist you.

I am not sure if I made me understood.. They have asked me to confirm them all of my email address I am currently using (both registered and unregistered with them) - On some of my email addresses I was not receiving emails from them, but they pretended they need all of these for security purposes. And me as a fool I did gave them this info. (this has happened on their Live Chat support) THE RESUT was not only that I WAS NOT unsubscibed from their spam emails on the email addresses where I was already receiving them, but starting with the next days I was starting to receive their spam emails ON ALL of my email addresses !

Yes, I would like to turn off all of their emails forever (including Xmas and birthday promos) but I dont know how to remove each email address which I am receiving into my Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail account ? - Can you tell me how to do it please ? (I know how to do this only at my AOL email accounts, but not for the other email accounts)

If what you say is true it is highly unethical and inappropriate.

Regarding how to stop emails VIA Google, hotmail etc, it would be better to read their help files and check their support forums to get the answers you need.

You could also report them to your email provider and they may take action.

If this doesn't work, just divert them straight to your spam folder using your email filters, so at least you wont see them. Whilst all companies have an obligation to stop sending emails on request, in reality it is hard to enforce, and at the end of the day you might just have to ignore and delete them as they arrive.....its not like it is costing you anything, it is just annoying.

did you at least try the solution I mentioned? or are you just here to complain about it?

and are you sure it's all coming from casino rewards themselves? cause I know they will send an email now and then, and they can be a tad annoying. but I never got spammed that many times..

@Silencio Yes, I have tried to reply directly to the spam promo emails which I am receiving to ask them to stop sending me this trash, also I have explained them that unsubscribe function is not working but most of the time those are email addresses like cr@news.c-rewards.com (on this one I`ve got a promo for Colosseum Casino) The problem is that nobody can directly reply to these type of email addresses ! (after you click send, shortly you will get a response from your email provider telling you that the recipient is unreachable) Note that when I have inquired Casino Rewards customer care about these type of email addresses they agreed that those are sent on their behalf ! (not directly from their end, but from some of their affiliates) - Also, when I have inquired Colloseum Casino about this they told me they can do nothing.

But somwhere you are right, some of their spam emails come from normal email adresses, where you can directly reply them. (of course those are not so many as the others) Well, I did so for few times a while ago, but the coming response was yet another great promotion !!!

@Nifty29 Of course I am using email filters, and, at least most of these trash promos arrive directly into my spam folder. The problem is that I am still very uncomfortable to get them even in my spam folders because I usually read those too. (from time to time I may find some spam emails which I consider that still it may worth my attention - but from my experience, non from CR or its affiliates)

"You could also report them to your email provider and they may take action." - I find this advice to be pretty helpful because this is the only thing which I did not tried yet. I will try this too ! (but this has to be done with each spammer email address in part, and those are not just few at number..) Thanks for your advice !!! (I am still looking for new advices on how to get rid of unwanted emails - particulary for Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail)

ah okay it's a misunderstanding then, you first said you got the spam from 'them', this changes it completely. I seriously don't think I ever got a spam message from an affiliate of theirs, which is hard to believe lol. as I get these on my players mail address for most other brands.

anyhow you already reported it so you did your duty, they should seriously start kicking those people out of their affiliate programs.

in gmail you can check the boxes in front of the messages and click on more > filter similar message > next step > delete on arrival (or something)
you can also do this for all messages and filter them if they contain a certain word.

@Silencio Thanks for your advice regarding Gmail. (I have applied the ``Filters`` option - I hope it will be fully working)

For Yahoo mail I have found an application called ``Unsubscriber`` - it pretends that will take care to stop receiving all unwanted reported emails. (in the next few days, maybe at the end of the next week, I will let you all know if this application it is really working or not at all)

So, for now, I am looking at any similar method/advice on learning how I can stop receiving unwanted spam emails on Hotmail ?

As for doing my duty, yes, that was easy.. but I am very concerned of Casino Rewards business practices, because in my opinion they will do nothing to kick out or stop their spammer affiliates. More than that, I deem them to promote those spammers if they are not themselves !

This is the REALLY worrying part. The act of giving their CS those email addresses caused them to be ADDED to the subscription lists, not REMOVED as asked. I suspect a misunderstanding initially lead to the OP giving out these email addresses in the belief that "all" meant everything, rather than those receiving the spam.

It should be possible to filter these out, but the problem players face is that in filtering out the spam, they end up filtering out some of the genuine promotional emails that they WANT to receive. I have missed many genuine promos this way, even though very little of the spam makes it past my filter.

Maybe the best filter is one you program yourself, so that you can let through emails that quote your account number, but reject any that don't. Mine is supplied by Google via my ISP, and is supposed to learn as I check my filter and tell it which ones are NOT spam, and then my inbox to tell it which ones WERE spam but managed to slip through.

I hate the spam of them. Today i had enough and told the chat that they will get big trouble if i get one more spam mail from them. (I unsubscribed 5 times and still my mail account is full with spam from this rouge operator).
One more spam and i will engange my lawyers to get rid of this fraudsters ! I will complain at LGA, Ecogra and the Indians and all other possible instances.
I have their unsubscribe confirmations stored and i have the spam mails stored. I hope they will lose their "licence". Hate it . Hate them !!!

Edit: Sorry, but i´m truly in rage...

Casino awards are really bad.....

stay away from them and if they don't stop spamming just block them through your email settings. they are fraudsters and should be rouged in my opionion.

And the casinorewards spam goes on and on. After unsubscribing it´s even getting worse. This company is a case for the rougue list !

Edit: Answer from live chat: "If you unsubscribed from us, i must be a third party that sold us your data"... What a .... (i don´t spell the word i think about) ... (again, not writing what i think) company !!!

Everybody should spam their mail accounts and live chat, they don´t deserve another treatment !

I get every Day a lot of Mails from then with Welcome Bonus and and and.. but i registered into this Casinos a few Years ago... i not played again on this Group

I stopped to count how many casino are spamming. It because now there are too many and some have problems. Problems due too less players, they cannot cover expenses and the last beach is to spam! Everyday born a new casino and what it need to do for survive? So simply... catch players from other casinos! I'm sure we will see soon a lot of Casino closing or running away with money of players.... hard times for all!

On the topic of casino spam rewards... Guess what I had today...

"Let's get straight to the point. We are offering you free money to use in our casino.

You'll receive €£$1250 - absolutely FREE!

No risk and no tricks. Just use our money to make yourself money! So easy!"

The subject title was "Invitation - Only 24 hours left".

Rene did message me the other day about getting my email removed... but theres no point. These jokers have been spamming for years, every single email I have opened, CR are 1 of the main culprit's for spam.

Yes, ignoring them is the way and im never going to be fooled but what pisses me off is if a different type of business acted this way, they would have trading standards on their ass and probably would be fined.

"Only 24 hours left" - Tricks unsuspecting customers to believe the email is important or they have genuinely been given a must have offer that they were specifically selected for.

Then the claim that "use our money to make yourself money".... Nothing about WR... Simply states they are offering their money personally for me to use to make myself money. "Money" is only Money if its in my hands, not some number on the screen.

Of course I know that this is in fact a false scam thats casinos like to mislead players with. Get that money "free", whatever you win in 60 minutes is yours (up to £100), only when you deposit a minimum amount and wager it all 40 times. But.....

I'm actually going to call their bluff...

It's been under 24 hours so I will sign up, take this free £1250 they are offering me of their cash to make myself some money. Then try to cash it out. I will report my findings ;)

Dear Mr Sparks,

Upon review it appears that you only played the minimum required in order to make for yourself the maximum amount of profit without demonstrating any willingness to risk your own funds and play for entertainment. We have therefore voided your withdrawal and locked your rewards account.

Regards,

Mr S Pam,

:D

Trading Standards can already rule against this, but there is eff all they can do about it at present (other than to issue a warning to consumers).

It's also a waste of effort, since about 100% of these emails never make it past my spam filter, and increasing the amount they send isn't going to help. By the time I check my spam box for the occasional genuine email, all 126 of these CR offers have already expired - they only last for 24 hours:rolleyes:
