Being a lvl 40 Rizk player obviously spent a lot and never withdrew...Finally had a monster win $1,800 from the back of a $10 paysafe shortly thereafter started withdrawal process and Rizk locked the account for verification. Should be an easy fix?
No, i had my CC details on there passed Vero...My friend made a single deposit. Passed his details on...passed Vero...
My girlfriend Uknowingly to myself made a single deposit a month prior now this is the problem..firstlt i asked Rizk over and over to remove her card...nothing hapenee prior to my win so i passed her details on and came back passport expired.
Apparently its still valid i hear 3 years after as photo i.d despite this and everything else being fine Rizk will not offer any real support or reopen my account there response is "Then we are stuck and there is nothing we can do.." for a casino to say that its rubbish and despite several emails from myself offering ways to correct this, based of EU financial law / Australian etc they ignore me and offer the same response
Im pulling my hair out neither of us can afford a new passport or alternate i.d can someone please point this post at Captain Rizk or help me find the proof the passport is valid Or offer a work around its been extremely stressfull and unfair and those funds are lawfully mine and have absolutely nothing to tie them to a $10 deposit a month prior
