First: I couldnt contact a Casino representative because i couldnt find him under https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/?key=staff_members.

Hello,

on Saturday i decided to deposit ~22€ at Playamo by using Bitcoin (I deposited there several times before with Neteller - but nowdays you cant use Neteller there as a German so i use Bitcoins there now).

Ive done nothing Special with my deposit. Copied the Deposit Adress, put in the ammount and click sent.

The ammount got on my Playamo Account. I went to the Livechat because i wanted to use a 75% Bonus. I had to wait until payment status got "confirmed" so they can add the Bonus.

After my deposit status got "confirmed" my account got instantly closed, and the livechat told me that happened automatically because "the money got sent twice" and something with "chargeback".

I told them i did nothing wrong - they told me "They cant help me" and i should contact Cubits (there Bitcoin payment Provider).

I contacted my Payment Provider (Blockchain) - they told me that is nothing wrong with my payment.
I contacted there Payment Provider (Cubits) - they told me that is nothing wrong with my payment.

I gave Playamo the Informations above, and they told me there Manager would solve this ASAP.

Nothing happens.

Today my Account got reopened (without notify me) but my Money is still not in my Playamo Balance and not in my Bitcoin Balance.

I tried to Contact Playamo today with Livechat. I tried it in over 5 Hours with several restarts and so on. I was always in queue Number 1 with 1 Minute Wait time - but never got into livechat. So i tried in that time i was waiting with my Account in Livechat with an different Browser and different Informations (other email and name) and i got instantly in the livechat. So theyre just ignoring me.

Now i am here, without my Money and without informations from Playamo since they are ignoring me.

I have several Livechat logs. I know its only 22€ .. but money is money!

Willkommen bei CM! :D

First, i am every time astounded to see or read that players choose to hand over their hard earned cash to casinos registered in Curacao or other banana republics. Why not take one with a MGA Malta license where you as a EU citizen can use the full law and regulations in case things go south just like now.

Just because they display a gazillion affiliate approved seals on their site does not make them trustworthy, it would rather concern me as they seem to use them to give potential player a secure feeling. The soon Curacao is in play you know that you are on your own when it comes to complaints.

As it stands they can just ignore you, nothing you can do about. They know that Curacao wouldn't do anything even if the amount would in the thousands.

Learn from it and play at the good places where you don't get shafted for 22 bucks!

Update:

Today i went in the Livechat and actually got in. I asked them where my money is.

Livechat told me that Playamo has everything done right and there is no Problem with them. They linked me a Blockchain link of the confirmation that they sent the money back to my Bitcoin Adress.
The Blockchain link was the confirmation of MY DEPOSIT to them ....., i told them that.

After that the Livechat said he will now ask the Financial Department.
Shortly after that i god my money on my Playamo Account.

Then the Livechat said: "Was our Problem, technical issues"

The Support at Playamo is one of the worst ive ever had.

It was the last time i played on Playamo. I will avoid that Casino now.

A couple of points: troubles with Bitcoin payment/Curaçao licence

Bitcoin payment problems

Disclosure: I am a Bitcoin casino operator.
One of the big problems had been having collectively dealing with is something called a double spend attacks. I say 'had' been dealing with, because the problem is largely been killed off due to a fix that cubits, the Bitcoin payment gateway had made.

Anyhow, This is where players deposit Bitcoin, but don't pay enough 'payment fees' for the transaction to be given priority on the network.

The casino gets a confirmation that a payment has been made, the gambler then makes a series of bets whilst their real payment is somewhere out there on the Internet being slowly processed.

When the payment is finally confirmed, the gambler will have potentially won some money, made some withdrawals on 'fake money' and then when the actual true confirmation comes through, they then withdraw that money. Effectively they are gambling with no cash up front.

And I reckon this person was incorrectly flagged up as a double spend player.

But are the player aware that they don't have any "real" money in their account?
Why aren't the system stopping them from playing?

Now I haven't read the thread, just your reply but I'm still asking :)

Did they know?

From what I can see, this player he didn't know that his transaction was delayed and thus got flagged up as a double spend attack 'false positive' , that's why this thing got resolved because obviously they realised it was legitimate customer/transaction.

On the customer services issues, playamo are on the SoftSwiss network as I and they had done a big hiring round with customer services. Between December and mid February, there were problems, but over time (in my experience at least) the issues have died down and SoftSwiss customer services seem to be far better. This might explain why I haven't seen as many complaints about customer services fails over the one half months.

They have funny ways to get answers to their survey ...

First they primose 100 free spins for taking part of their survey..
Next day participants gets message saying this :
"We mentioned 100 free spins for Lucky Lady's Clover as a reward for participation. The truth is - the reward is even better!

The prize we offer is a chance to take part in a special raffle with a prize pool of €2 500. The main prize in this raffle is a whopping €500, plus there will be 100 prizes of €20. By taking our survey and sending your feedback you automatically become a participant of the raffle.

Please note! The raffle will take place on June 5th, 2017. You still have time to participate in our survey and make it to the prize pool.

All raffle prizes come with a x10 wagering requirement. "

I wish Casinos could be taken to task about such BS, raffle's are useless, they pick the customers that deposit and wager the amount daily, as it serves a cashback to loyal customers.
