Hi All, Not a massive moan more of a heads up at this point as it is allegedly in the hands of YGG ( Nirvana Gamemakers).

Basically had been playing this Game at leovegas and really enjoyed it . Following day i saw the Nirvana slot at Mr Green where i play alot. I loaded up and off i went. i was getting quite a few error messages say 5 in ten minutes of play where i had to refresh page to reload the slot. What i didnt notice though was if this error occured after a win whether it be a line win or bonus win the winnings did not reach your balance. IT only became apparent after a bonus round where i won £16.92 . the bonus finished and immediate error on screen . I refreshed the page and noticed balance had updated. After speaking with CS more worryingly the game history didnt exist for a 2-3 minute bonus round.

Luckily for me i videod the whole bonus and screenshotted the screen with the mr green time all in view .(see below)
It then happened again on a normal line win which i also caught.

I have been on twice and its snail pace from YGG and mr green are awaiting a response but like ive seen before in other posts had it not been for me videoing the whole session i would have been left in limbo as the game history doesnt exist when the error occurs nor do YGG have incomplete game capabilities to my knowedge.

This type of error is very worrying because even that bastion of accurate information, the log on the gaming server, is also being affected. This type of error seems to be on the increase, different forms, but what they have in common is that the player places a bet, and a result from that bet is sent back and played out to them, yet the bet and it's outcome are not recorded on the gaming server, so in effect it's as though the financial history of the account is rewritten. Unfortunately, and this is more a coincidence than malice, it's only going to be winning bets that cause the player a loss if they are erroneously deleted whilst all losing bets are allowed to stand through not triggering this error state.

One extra check the casino should do is look at the balance after the last recorded bet on the server logs, and compare it to the current balance. If these are not the same (current balance less), it shows that a bet was made that was not resolved and recorded in the server logs.

This is the thing Mr weatherman i stopped playing and jumped straight on Livehelp . The balance from my last spin was the same as the balance in the screenshot after the error and in the eyes of what they can see simply looks like i had stopped playing .Yes i had stopped playing but the full two minutes that the bonus took to play out was not there.

The response by CS confirms

Hanne (28/06/2016, 09:07:01): I checked your account and I see that all the latest game rounds were completed and the winnings credited. The result is decided when the game starts spinning, so even if you didn't see the round until the end, it was completed normally. You can of course send me the screen shot to asia********@mrgreen.com if you wish me to investigate this more.

Hanne (28/06/2016, 09:15:20): Do you have the exact time for this game round when the error happened?
Me (28/06/2016, 09:17:42): the bonus round started at 8.57Am your screentime and ended 8.59 am your screen time.
Hanne (28/06/2016, 09:24:07): I looked at your game rounds again and actually the game round you had screen shotted seems to be completely missing from our system. I will send this case forward to my supervisor and he will investigate this issue with the game provider

No issue with CS at this stage as if its not their they cant see it .I have offered to publish the video and send them link to see it in action also

You haven't lost anything - your account is credited with the correct amount before the reels even stop spinning. Some casinos have your balance at the top, and you can tell by watching that if the spin you've just pressed is a winner or not.
C.S. is correct here.

This does not seem to have happened in this case otherwise the balance would be higher, or would have been around £17 lower in the next to last bet record.

The argument that the records are created as soon as spin is pressed also don't seem to apply here, as it seems that the server sent back the free spins, and THEN this error occurred, so the outcome of these free spins should already have been recorded, yet they appear not to be.

The fact that the message is "unknown error" means that the programmers did not anticipate this problem, and there is probably no code to catch and correct it, the application instead terminating in an incomplete and unknown state.

It suggests to me that the record is only recorded on the casino's gaming server AFTER the player has seen and played out the bet result, and that this "unknown error" is actually down to a failure to write the record of the now complete bet to the casino's log.

The process used by browser based casinos seems to make this type of error more likely. Instead of playing out the game on the same casino server that holds the records, it seems that the casino server sends the bet request onwards to the gaming provider, who determines the result and sends it back. It's possible that the player received this result, saw it play out, but the casino's server did not, and this is what leads to the "unknown error" situation at the player's end, some kind of verification process sees a discrepancy between different records of the state of the account, so further play is aborted. In this case, the player is ready for the next spin, but the casino server is still in a wait state for the result of the previous spin, so it will not accept a new bet request.

??? the balance shown was 80p more two spins before the bonus. the bonus came to £16.92 . after the bonus and error came up upon refreshing the balance was the same as before the bonus. i dont get your logic here .??

The game history recorded shows my balance as being what is shows prior to the bonus round as the bonus round doesnt exist in the history
