i got free spins bonus at this casino, asked various questions at live chat and they answered me,but after my winning they began to ignore me more than 24 hours. To withdraw winnings i must to make deposit 25 euro and i afraid to do this because i think casino scammers. Curaçao eGaming answered me that Curacao eGaming does not license this casino.

Sorry about what happened to you but you should have went with your gut and not deposited. You stated in your previous post that you checked with Curacao and they said this casino is not licensed through them. Fake license is a very big red flag and tells you to stay away also they are on the not recommended list here.

You could try PAB and see if you can at least get your deposit back https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/

This casino came up on another review site which at least do list pros and cons but god knows why they list anyway knowing you can get screwed over. Wont name the site as not fair to CM but on the review cons part they did write this :

"Withdrawal approval can take up to 15 to 18 working days AFTER authorization was completed by fraud department."

That 1 line is enough to never even think about depositing. People need to do there homework and zero excuse these days with a wealth of info online coming direct from players and not spammy casino listing sites. Such as the one where I got the above.

They are very few review sites I trust and those that I do have to have a player forum some place .... a bit like hmmmm oh yeah here :cool:

Number one, you should never harass anyone about not getting paid. After asking a few times, just submit a formal complaint with someone who might be able to do something about it. It's best to keep a cool head when dealing with something like this.

Number two, you should never play at a casino that does not list licensing information, software providers, any regulatory websites to include third party payout or RNG reports. This place looks about as dodgy as they come and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. It would be best if you would do your due diligence when trying to find a casino to play at.
 
hrough blackmail, they forced me to write this. The money was not paid until I did not write all that pleased. According to our Terms and conditions, if at any time a customer should harass, abuse, or speak inappropriately to any o the casino staff, including verbal and written threats or intimidation, they will be breaching our Terms and are not eligible for ANY wins ( I will paste this section at the bottom of the email)..

I am only required to send you your initial deposit back, as per our Terms. I am, however, ready to send you 100 euros, allthough you are not eligible to receive any exras, I will send you 100Euro right away once you verify that you have withdrawn all of your complaints to ALL forums, payment processors, and affiliates.

Once you can send proof that you have removed all complaints, I will breach my own terms and send you 100Euros, although you are not eligible. I am willing to do this even today, and with Neteller this will show up on your account right away.

Please respond and let me know once this is done, and show me that you have done it (you can send links to the forum pages, etc). I will have your 100Euros credited to your Neteller account once this is done. THEY MUST BE BLACKLISTED|!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
@ macur666 : you had submitted a PAB and then continued posting here on the forums. That is a violation of the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, item 2.6: if you intend to use the PAB service again you MUST read and respect the FAQ. If you do not we may well refuse to accept any future PABs you might submit.

Just made an account on Crazy Winners, couldn't fill in any details on my profile after registration ?! So I spoke to a live agent about it and all he could say was 'That's odd' :confused: Yeah, I know that... Any other way you could help ??

I was getting a pop up message telling me to confirm my email address.. After 3 times of confirming it, it still wanted me to confirm it ??

They have now passed these problems onto the tech team :oops: And they can leave them there :) I won't be going back to a site that hasn't had any thought what so ever for their customers !! Looks as if they'll take your money then block your account.
 
Reading their terms & conditions just for fun (yes I have some weird hobbies)

2.1. The following actions by the player will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of the Casino, but not limited to this list. Consequences may include termination of the player's casino account, confiscation of winnings and existing balances, denial of services, promotions and any other offers by the Casino.

Should at any time the casino discover an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog or any other type of website.

3.9. Should a player abstain from logging into their Casino account for a period of 90 days or more or the player 90 days without making a single bet or wager, the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit.

4.9. A player who has never made a deposit and wishes to withdraw a free chip win, is required to first make one successful minimum deposit of €25. This first deposit amount is not allowed to be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal.

5.1. All Deposits of €249 or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD).

Realise this was a bit of sarcasam at the overblown threat, however thought people might like to know that CrazyWinners are likely to be owned by the same group as the BestPay Partners lot (Play2Win, 21Grand, SupremePlay etc etc). The affiliate programs both list the same company ownership in their terms.
