I played for over 5 hours at casino called Buck and Butler ( trying to recycle the bonus). I haven’t before that evening made withdraw. That day I had 50% bonus to included to my deposit. I played mostly with 2-6 eur/spin, and rolled only 32 spins with 7,5 euro/spin in internet game called “bloodsucker”.
To client’s eyes, when you can finally make the withdraw it means you have reached the bonus rules, bonus is recycled &withdraw is acceptable. In the end I made two withdraws (1203euros and 803euros, total 2006 eur). Next morning I found out that the bonus and ALL the winnings were “confiscated” because according to their rules it was not allowed to play the 7,5eur/spins with bonus included. That you could play only max 6 eur/spin.
i sadly now understands I should have read the rules of the casino more properly. But it never occurred to me any casino would have that kind of weird rule(?!!). Also at some casinos the game will not start at all if you cannot use bonus money into it… they did not have this kind of warning in the game or game didn’t stop etc. when the spin was 1,5euros too high.
I asked if they could confiscate only the winnings of the 32 spins rolled in that one game. Since it was only 32 spins and only 1,5 euros more than the maximum spin “allowed”. That is what good & fair gambling company would do. But the game company declined to confiscate only the 32 spins. It just feels like a BIG fraud from their part. That would have only been fair, for both sides because I din not intentionally "brake their rules".
Next I asked to have the gaming history to see if it actually still was attached to bonus when I rolled the 32 spins. First they declined to give the history. Now I have it and looks like the 32 spins have been just in the end part of the bonus.....and didn't even get big winnings with the 32 spins.
This to be WARNING for the other player's..be carefull to read the rules:/ it's not so good casino at least some casino forgives an honest mistake. Even a small mistake and ALL your money's are gone!!!

i understant rules is rules, but still... I would've expected some warning (example:" if u play with this bet u lose your bonuses ect" )..but 2k teach me..read to rules
